  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Local (Within Pune): 2-4 business days
    • National (Within India): 4-7 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing times for international orders.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Our primary carriers include:

  • DTDC
  • Maruti courier

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within India and selected international locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Perishable items may have shipping restrictions to ensure product quality.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement.
